Are you still processing film at 1624 Peralta Street Location?
The last day we processed film was on 2/13. We have the following options for getting your film processed, scanned and printed:
1. We have a out lab partner and will do scanning and prints at our current location. The turn around time will be 4-5 day.
2. If you are willing to wait the 1 week we expect to be down, we are offering 20% discount. Use the the code ‘MOVING1625’ at checkout.
Will you be open during the move?
Underdog will be open normal hours at our current location 1624 Peralta Street until 2/28.
Can I still mail in my film?
Yes, you continue to mail your orders to our PO Box. Underdog Film Lab PO Box 23205 OAKLAND CA 94623-0205
Can I still drop off at Glass Key Photo?
Yes. But the turn around times will be a 1-2 days longer.
Can I still pick up any older orders?
Yes. As long as the order falls into our 90 day retention period. All order will be moved with us.
